Welcome to Omind-to-pen

Omind-to-pen is a bi-monthly blog about living a spiritual life in a secular world. The blog is divided into three parts, My Cosmic Journal, Letters from Paradise and the newsletter Signs.

My Cosmic Journal is a compendium of spiritual anecdotes, parables, observations, insights drawn on my experiences as a teacher of meditation, volunteer dealing with drug addicts and a spiritual seeker.

Letters from Paradise is the secular part of the blog. It deals with such subjects as city life, the challenges of living in a secular world and musings about the world in general.

And Signs is a monthly newsletter which chooses stories from the news that show the direction we are headed as a global community.

The purpose of this blog is to share my experiences and insights in order to inspire and encourage those who are already on the spiritual path and those are still thinking about it.

It is also meant as a guide post showing that there is more then one path leading to the same spiritual destination.
